RETURN,EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Rioware. We strive to ensure that your experience with our products is smooth and satisfactory. Every shipment is carefully inspected before dispatch from our warehouse.
However, if for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, do not worry- we offer a comprehensive replacement and exchange policy. Please note that all returns, replacements and refunds are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of Rioware only.Â
Your purchase is eligible for return , replacement or refund only if it meets the following conditions:
- If an incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e. the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or wrong product is delivered.

If the product you receive is delivered in a physically damaged condition.
If the product delivered to you have some missing part or accessories, pls share a video of opening the package and we shall be be happy to ship the missing part to you.Â
If your purchase meets our criteria as stated above, please raise a request on our What's app Support No at +918076854934 or Email us at support@rioware.in.
If there is a genuine defect in the product, we'd be happy to exchange your product with a replacement or refund your order amount in the form of Store Credit only within 10 working days after the product is picked up from the given address.
We aim to process all returns within 10 days. If you have any questions about your return, feel free to reach out to the Rioware Care team at support@rioware.in or on WhatsApp at +918076854934 .Â
Return requests have to be approved before processing. The Rioware care team must receive and approve your return request by email or text or WhatsApp. Once your request is received, it may take 48 hours for the team to get back with or without an approval.
We reserve the right to deny a return or to charge for the return if multiple returns have been initiated from the same account.
Under certain rare circumstances, if we are unable to provide you with replacement against your ordered product because of issues like product availability, pincode serviceability,etc then we will notify you, and thereafter will process your refund, the refund will be made in the form of store credit of the same value.
If you find that the package has been tampered, please do not accept the item and handover the package back to the delivery person before signing the POD(Proof of Delivery).
Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 2 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as return if there is non acceptance. For COD orders, Rioware reserves the right to deny future orders. In case of prepaid orders, Rioware will reserve the right to charge 2 way shipping costs.

If cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, we will process the refund and the amount shall reflect in your account in 7-10 business days.

If the product is out of stock and we are unable to fulfill your order, a refund will be initiated within 10 working days.
Shipping PolicyÂ
- We currently ship to most pin codes in India through our logistics partners. We do not ship orders internationally at the moment.
- Standard shipping across India would take 3-7 days depending on your pincode. Once an order is placed, you will receive intimation for when your order will be delivered.
- Once you have placed your order, you can check the status via the tracking link shared with you through WhatsApp .Â
- We will try our best to be able to fulfil your order at the earliest. Please reach out to us on what's app with your order ID and we will confirm if we can get your order dispatched early.

We ship several thousand parcels and a missing products or theft in transit is extremely rare. In case you feel your parcel has been tampered with, please reach out to the Rioware team on email/WhatsApp as soon as possible and take a video before opening your box. In case you receive an SMS stating the order has been delivered and you have in fact not received the parcel, please reach out to the Rioware team within 24 hours of receiving the successful delivery email/SMS.

Rioware reserves the right to deny repeated returns for the same order.Â
- Rioware uses 3rd party courier services and is not liable for delays in shipping. We share approximate number of days required for delivery. We also extend the best support possible to ensure that the products reach customers as soon as possible. For any time-sensitive orders, please reach out to customer team to find out more. Â

We aim to process all disputes very amicably. This is because we want the best for your home. In case there are any disputes which are not resolved despite our best efforts, the jurisdiction for the disputes shall be New Delhi, India. Â
We’re arranging a reverse pickup in 4-5 working days from the date of request. In case of exchange, your new order will be sent on its way 4-5 working days after we receive your returned product.Â
In rare cases, it is possible that the pincode might be unserviceable by our courier partners (Delhivery and Shiprocket) for returns .In such cases, the reverse pickup can only be done once the pincode becomes serviceable again.Â
Claiming Refunds For Online Payments & COD Transactions-
- Refunds can happen via Rioware store credits only.
- Refunds via Rioware store credits can be redeemed on the next purchase at www.rioware.in .Â
- Refunds via store credit will only be initiated after we have physically received the returned shipment.
