BY ACCESSING THIS WEBSITE, YOU HEREBY ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE:
1.PRIVACY POLICY:
You accept the Privacy Policy and agree to all of its provisions.
2. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:
This return and refund policy applies only to purchases made here at rioware.in We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. But, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will politely accept your return of unused or defective product. Rioware products can be returned within 2 days of when you receive them. Items must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging. While we are committed to ensuring your happiness, we cannot accept the following returns:
◦ Used items
◦ Incomplete items (missing parts)
◦ Items without original packaging
◦ Items without sales receipt from rioware.in
◦ Items received by you more than 2 days ago
◦ Items purchased at any other platforms (domestic or international).
We provide reverse pick up our courier partners. Our courier partner representative comes to your doorstep and collects the return parcel. Refunds are processed within 7 working days after receipt of the return shipment (and store credit for cod orders). Please check Return/Exchange Policy for more information on how to return.
3. For COD orders above 5000, we require a partial payment of 10% of the total order to sure about the purchase intent of the customer.
4. SHIPPING
We are headquartered in New Delhi and fulfill orders from our warehouse there through reputed couriers like Delhivery, Shiprocket, etc. We try our best to ship the orders immediately but at times it may need 3-4 business days from the time you place your order. You will receive an email with a courier name and tracking number upon shipment. Prepaid orders are shipped faster for express delivery.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES:
You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Rioware website and products is at your sole risk. The website and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Rioware and its partners, officers, employees, agents, distributors, and affiliates (i) make no warranty that the Rioware products will meet your requirements and that the quality of any products or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Rioware website will meet your expectations: and (ii) expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non- infringement.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You expressly understand and agree that Rioware and its partners, officers, employees, agents, distributors, and affiliates shall not be liable to you for any punitive, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible, resulting from:
(a) the use or the inability to use the Rioware products;
(b) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services;
(c) Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions of data;
(d) Statements or conduct of any third party on the Rioware website; or
(e) any other matter relating to the Rioware website or products.
7. TRADEMARK INFORMATION
You agree that all of Rioware trademarks, trade names, service marks and other logos and brand features, and product names are the property of Rioware (the “Rioware Marks”). You agree not to display or use in any manner the Rioware Marks without prior permission of Rioware.
8. DISPUTES RESOLUTION
Any disputes regarding Rioware products, services or any other matter involving Devraj International will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Delhi.
9. These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
